Facilities at the GCADA office in Sharonville can be reserved for meetings.

Board Room
Capacity – Up to 18 around a large conference table (the table cannot be moved)

Capacity –    Up to 36 at classroom tables. The tables can be rearranged by the guest if a different set-up is desired.  Up to 60 theatre set-up.

Building Access

The building is open Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  The building is closed on weekends and most government holidays as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Rental Fees for GCADA Members for Workshops and Training

½ Day……………………… $  50                            Full Day……………………. $100

Dealer Principals and General Managers may utilize GCADA facilities for meetings at no charge.

Food & Beverage Service

GCADA does not provide food and beverage service however we can provide you with a list of catering vendors that deliver to our location or you are welcome to bring your own.
