GCADA and students with the Great Oaks program talk to current 9th graders about careers in the automotive industry at JA Inspire 2019

As part of it’s mission to support the retail automotive industry in Greater Cincinnati, GCADA works with a variety of partners and in tandem with the NADA Foundation to promote careers at dealerships. Whether in the sales, service, or parts department, dealerships offer an extremely wide variety of opportunities for high-paying, meaningful careers. Together, GCADA members employ nearly 8,000 individuals with an average salary of $54,000.

One of the most in-demand careers in our industry are for skilled automotive technicians. Because of a shortage of skilled technicians, there has never been a better time to entire this field. Visit www.NADAFoundation.org for information on scholarships and training opportunities available nationwide for prospective automobile service technicians and diesel technicians looking to start a career at a new-car or heavy-truck dealership.
