For dealers, knowledge of their customers’ wants and needs are highly essential for better business. For this reason, associations like us, as well as the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) make it a point to host webinars for dealer members so that their dealerships may acquire the proper skills to please car buyers.
On Wednesday, April 15, 2015, the NADA will host a webinar called, Car Buyer of the Future, which will be presented by Autotrader, Howard Prolirer. NADA says this webinar will explore the six steps to the car buying process and examine what customers want in the sales process. Focusing on the Car Buyer of the Future study, the webinar will touch on current shopping, buying, and ownership process through the lens of four thousand customers interviewed about their buying experiences.
