On Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 11:00am, the GCADA Learning Center will host a webinar featuring Brad Miller, NADA director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, to provide assistance to GCADA Members to comply with the FTC’s Buyers Guide revision.
Starting in January 2018, use of the revised and updated FTC Buyers Guide became mandatory for all dealers. However, a recent “compliance sweep” found that of 93 dealerships surveyed, only 33 had revised Buyers Guides on over half their vehicles, and only 14 had revised Buyers Guides on all their used vehicles.
