Ohio BMV print-on-demand temporary tags and registrations are coming soon
June 11, 2020 – The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) will soon implement a new print-on-demand system allowing dealers to print temporary tags and registrations on-site.
Dealers are advised to fully issue current stocks of cardboard temporary tags before using the print-on-demand system as inventories were purchased and remain valid.
The new system launch date has yet to be announced, however, an overview of the process is available through the following link.

GCADA Downtown Cincinnati Deputy Registrar resumes regular weekday hours
June 3, 2020 – Our downtown Cincinnati Registrar Office has resumed its 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekday hours beginning today after it sustained interior and exterior damage during the events of May 29-31.

Several Tri-State Clerk of Courts offices alter operating hours
March 24, 2020 – Ohio Clerk of Courts offices have updated hours.
The Hamilton Co., Clerk of Courts office and our GCADA downtown Deputy Registrar office are closed through April 6 or until further notice.
The Clermont Co., Clerk of Courts office at 550 F Beechmont Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45255 in Beechmont Plaza will remain open only for dealer work Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dealers are instructed to drop off work at the rear door. The office will call dealers after the work is completed.
The Butler Co., Clerk of Courts office at 530 Wessel Dr., Suite H, Fairfield, Ohio 45014 will remain open Tuesdays to Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., only for dealer work. The Hamilton, Middletown and West Chester offices are closed.
The Warren Co. Clerk of Courts Title Office at 19 Dave Ave., Unit A, Lebanon, Ohio 45036 will now be open Mondays through Fridays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dealers are directed to use the drive-thru window.
