MEETING ROOM RENTAL – PRINTABLE COPY
The GCADA has two rooms at the West Chester Association office that are available for meetings.
Capacity – Up to 18 around a large conference table (the table cannot be moved)
Capacity – Up to 36 at classroom tables.The tables can be rearranged by the guest if a
different arrangement is desired.
Up to 60 theatre set-up.
**Each room can accommodate a table for refreshments.

The building is open Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. The building is closed on weekends and all government holidays as well as the day after Thanksgiving.(Open Veteran’s Day)
Rental Fees for GCADA Members for Workshops and Training
½ Day……………………… $ 50
Full Day……………………. $100
Dealer principals may utilize the GCADA Board Room for meetings, at no charge.
Food & Beverage Service
The GCADA does not provide food and beverage service however we can provide you with a list of catering vendors that deliver to our location or you are welcome to bring your own.
Audio Visual Equipment
The GCADA does not have AV equipment to rent however we can provide you with a list of AV vendors that deliver to our location or you are welcome to bring your own.
