Peter Kowcz (Coach)

Peter is a Fixed Operations Consultant and Trainer with Coach Consulting Concepts, and President/Owner of the young company.   He has been in the automotive business since 1984 and has held Fixed Operations Management positions with several dealerships including fourteen years with AutoNation.  From 2007 to 2015 he was the Fixed Operation Director for Winner Imports in Eastern Europe where he worked closely with Ford, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover and Porsche to implement Customer Focused Service Standards in their dealerships.  Peter joined Edwards & Associates Consulting, Inc. in 2015 as a Fixed Operations Consultant and Trainer.  In 2020, Peter created his own company, Coach Consulting Concepts.  Peter has an extensive list of dealership clients all over the U.S.
